About Kamal
I’m a neuroscience-informed self-leadership coach helping men understand pressure, emotion, physiology, and behaviour in a practical, stigma-free way.
Based in Ireland, I coach clients worldwide in English and Arabic.
My work
My coaching style is calm, safe, practical, science-informed, and non-judgmental.
I prioritise psychological safety and logic while coaching men, giving them space to be vulnerable and express their struggles.
The aim is to help men move from survival-based patterns into self-leadership, with more choice, clarity, and internal trust.
I provide options, not conclusions.
The work is about helping men understand their patterns, widen their choices, and take ownership of who they are becoming.
Why Sesen
Sesen is the Egyptian lotus flower, a symbol of new life.
It is also connected to the meaning “to wish for more.”
I chose the name because this work is about shaping a new identity and wanting more from life than survival, pressure, and consumption.
Why this work matters to me
My work is shaped by lived experience, but it is not about making my story the centre.
It helps me meet clients with steadiness, humility, and respect.
For many years, I lived in survival without fully realising it.
I know what it is like to look functional from the outside while feeling disconnected, anxious, isolated, and unsure of your own worth underneath it all.
I also know how easy it is to believe you are the problem when, in reality, you may be carrying patterns, expectations, and survival responses that were never properly understood.
In my mid-thirties, I began rebuilding my relationship with identity, pressure, emotion, and self-worth.
That process changed the direction of my life and became part of why I do this work today.
I do not believe men need to be fixed. I believe they need space to understand themselves honestly, take responsibility without shame, and build a way of living and leading that is rooted in presence rather than performance.
This work matters to me because I know what life can become when a person moves out of survival and begins to meet themselves with clarity, bravery, and compassion.
That is why Neuro-Pathfinding focuses on practical self-leadership:
Understanding what is happening in your mind and body, regulating pressure, communicating more clearly, and choosing who you want to be in the moments that matter most.
